OA School Policy


學費繳付方法

(i) 家長需要在該課程的5 個工作天前繳付所需學費。


(ii) 本中心接受現金、支票或電子轉帳等繳付學費方式,信用卡繳付須額外收取 3%行政費用。


(iii) 本中心對逾期未付學費的學生保留拒絕進入課室的權利。


(iv) 已繳付的學費不可轉讓予其他人使用。

惡劣天氣安排 颱風及暴雨警告下的安排

a. 若天文台發出1號戒備信號或黃色暴雨警告,學生照常上課。


b. 若天文台發出3號戒備信號或紅色暴雨警告,學生照常上課。


c. 若天文台發出8號或以上颱風訊號或黑色暴雨警告或「極端情況」,學生不用上課。


d. (i) 若教育局宣佈所有學校全日停課,學生不需上課。 

    (ii) 若教育局宣佈上午校及全日制學校停課,學生不需上課。

    (iii) 若教育局宣佈全港下午校停課,學生不需上課。


e. 本中心將會就惡劣天氣及「極端情況」,以Whatsapp形式通知家長提早取消當日之課堂。


f. 因惡劣天氣而被取消之課堂,學生補堂須於原本課堂的14天內完成補堂。



請假通知及補堂安排

本中心會按以下準則為學生進行安排適當的補堂。 


(i) 事假須於至少24小時之前以WhatsApp文字或書面通知的。


(ii) 請假堂數(包括但不限於病假、事假)不可超過該月該課程的總堂數的25%。若於該月課程內告假多於上述百分比,本中心將就每次額外的補課徵收$200課程費用。


(iii) 學生無故缺席,即作曠課論。本中心恕不安排補堂,而不能將課程延後。


(iv) 所有補堂在不論任何情況下,須於請假日期起的14日內完成,逾期不補。家長不得就此日期再次提出請假,否則本中心將就此徵收$200課程費用。


(v) 除符合「退款規定及程序」列明的情況,所繳納的任何學費不可以獲得任何方法退款。


(vi) 部分課程不接受任何形式的請假及補堂安排,包括但不限於功課輔導班。


退款規定及程序

(i) 若因本中心的原因而非外在原因(包括但不限於自然災害、疫情、戰爭)使得正價課程出現以下情況:

⏵ 在開辦前取消,或未能按照學費收據所列明的日期或時間開辦,或在開始後突然終止,而學生拒絕中心提供的替代課程安排,學生可提出退款。在本中心正式收到退款要求後,中心會盡快及在任何情況下不超過一個月,向學生以全數或按比例退回相關課程費用。


(ii) 若因本中心的原因使得正價課程在開始後突然終止,中心會盡快及在任何情況下不超過一個月,向學生進行相關比例的課程退款。


(iii) 如有任何爭議,本中心以爭取雙方權益最優的基礎上,保留最終決定權。


(iv) 中心會按上述政策向受影響及合資格的學生,按以下程序安排退款。


(v) 中心會致電或書面通知學生有關退款安排。十八歲以下的學生可由家長代辦退款手續。


(vi) 中心會以現金或支票或等值的課程學券支付退款,並會發出退款簽收書,學生或家長須簽收確認。一經簽收確認,即表示雙方同意並接受以該種方式取回等值的所繳付學費,並不得再作出異議或其他其他。 


#:正價課程即本中心按規定收取的課程學費,其他情況(包括但不限折扣推廣課程、期間限定課程、試堂課程、獲折扣的課程)則非正價課程。

Tuition Fee Payment Method

(i) Tuition fee should be paid before the last 5 working days before the course start.


(ii) We accept cash, cheque, electronic transfer, etc. 3% of administrative fee will be charged if paid by credit card.


(iii) Centre reserves the right to refuse students who have not finished payment for entering.


(iv) The paid tuition fee is non-transferrable.

Bad Weather Arrangement

a. All classes will be operated as usual, when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.1 or Amber Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued.


b. All classes will be operated as usual, when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.3 or Red Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued.


c. All classes will be suspend when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or ‘Extreme Condition’ is issued.


d. (i) All classes will be suspended if EDB announced classes of all schools are suspended.

    (ii) All classes will be suspended if EDB announced classes of all AM schools and whole-day schools are suspended.

    (iii) All classes will be suspended if EDB announced classes of all PM schools are suspended.


e. Whatsapp notice will be made for the suspension of classes due to the Adverse Weather or ‘Extreme Condition’ are issued. 


f. Make-up class will be arranged but all classes will need to be finished within 14 days after the suspended day.

Request for Leave and Make-Up Class Arrangement

Centre will arrange appropriate make-up classes according to the following guidelines.


(i) Only accept personal leave that is requested at least 24 hours before via WhatsApp text or delivered in writing.


(ii) Number of absent lessons (including but not limited to sick leave and personal leave) shall not exceed 25% of the total number of lessons that month, otherwise, HKD$200 of administrative fee will be charged.


(iii) Except for the sick leave and personal leave above, other situations will be defined as giving up the lesson and no make-up class will be made.


(iv) No matter what, all make-up classes shall be completed within 14 days of the start of leave date or month. No make-up class will be provided after that. Otherwise, HKD$200 of administrative fee will be charged for each make-up class.


(v) Except for the listed situations in ‘Refund Regulations and Procedures’, no refund will be made for the paid tuition fee in any way.


(vi) Some classes do not accept any form of leave and make-up class arrangement, including but not limited to Homework Class.

Refund Regulations and Procedures

(i) If the REGULAR-PRICED COURSE, because of Centre itself but not external reason (including but not limted to natural disasters, epidemic, wars), comes to the situations below: 

⏵Is canceled before the first lesson, or unable to start according to the listed date or time on the receipt, or suddenly ends after the start of the course And if a student refuses the make-up class arrangement provided by Centre, students can request for a refund. After Centre formally received the refund request, it will fully or proportionally refund the corresponding tuition fee as soon as possible and finish it within 1 month. 


(ii) If the REGULAR-PRICED COURSE suddenly ends because of Centre itself, Centre will refund the students in proportion as soon as possible and finish it within 1 month. 


(iii) In case of disputes, the decision of Centre shall be final to ensure both parties can maximize the rights and interests.


(iv) Centre will arrange refunds to the affected and qualified students according to the policies above.


(v) Centre will inform students of the arrangement of refunds by phone call or in writing. Students aged below 18 can be delegated by their parents to proceed with the refund.


(vi) Centre will pay the refund by cash or cheque or equal-valued course coupon, and send a Refund Signing Receipt for student or parent to confirm by signing. Once confirmed, which means the refund method to get back the same value of tuition fee is agreed and accepted by both sides, so no objection shall be made after that.


#: REGULAR-PRICED COURSE means Centre receives course fee according to the regulations. Other situations (including but not limited to Promotion Course, Limited Course, Trial Course, Discount Course) are not REGULAR-PRICED COURSE.
