In my classroom, I aim to find each student's unique skills and abilities so I can make them feel exceptional. I want to empower students to use their skills to make positive contributions to the lesson. Students learn at different paces, and methods that work well for one student may be less effective for another. My goal is to provide individualised instruction to meet the educational needs of each student in my classroom. Young students often meet the expectations you set for them. For this reason, I have high expectations for each student so that they learn they're capable of working hard and achieving big goals.
